My Own Happiness Project

My Own Happiness Project
because happiness begins inside and flows out...

if we hold on together...

While having a drink with a bunch of friends to celebrate my sunsetting 20s-era, I was looking for a song that would wrap up the last 29 years before enrolling myself to the Fourth Decade Survivors Club, and I could not think of anything better than this that I also used to wrap up my Teenage-era... I guess it is sobering to be reminded that this life is a journey, and dreams are essential in paving the path that must be held strong with or faith, hope and only then the glorious truth will shine through our hearts...

Fellow dreamers, fellow survivors, fellow friends who live through a legacy, of changing the world in small or big ways just by being who you are, just by believing in each other, and just by having the philosophy that life is so much more than it dares to show us... a toast for our friendships, health, the perseverance in fighting the Good Fight, and eventually victory that can only be enjoyed by those that refuse to conform to the mediocrities of the common world...

IF WE HOLD ON TOGETHER
Diana Ross

Don't lose your way
With each passing day
You've come so far
Don't throw it away
Live believing
Dreams are for weaving
Wonders are waiting to start
Live your story
Faith, hope & glory
Hold to the truth in your heart

If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by
For you and I...

Souls in the wind
Must learn how to bend
Seek out a star
Hold on to the end
Valley, mountain
There is a fountain
Washes our tears all away
Words are swaying
Someone is praying
Please let us come home to stay

If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
Where clouds roll by
For you and I...

When we are out there in the dark
We'll dream about the sun
In the dark we'll feel the light
Warm our hearts, everyone

If we hold on together
I know our dreams will never die
Dreams see us through to forever
As high as souls can fly
The clouds roll by
For you and I...
