So far so good... work has been keeping me busy so less idle time to think much about food... so here are the things I've downed since morning...
- breakfast, as usual instant cintan noodle with seaweed 350kcal
- nescafe 3-in-1 100kcal
- another liter of juice, guava this time - 380kcal
- few spoonfuls of Yiyi's left-over jelly - negligible lah
- handfuls of raisins - 150kcal
Nett intake till now 980kcal
Hopefully tonight will be less tempting to binge on carb... gym! gym! gym!
